Do your packages come with albums? Yes, all of our packages include albums. We have different styles and sizes depending on the package. You can set up a consultation to view sample albums and more of our work.
Do you have payment options? After your booking deposit, you can pay any amount, when you would like. The entire balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Do you shoot film or digital? We photograph all events with professional digital equipment, and bring backups for all equipment. Do you work alone? Depending on the size of the wedding and the level of coverage, I would generally have an assistant or an associate photographer working with me.
What is a Studio Enlargement Credit? This is like free money. You can use the credit toward any enlargement product or size, from wallets to 30x40 inch Gallery Wrap Canvases.(Not available on Photo Books) It offers you an opportunity to design your own package and sizes.
Whats the online hosting? This is a password protected website that can only be viewed by people that you allow. The studio will not give out your password, all inquiries will be directed to you.
Your Soundside package has limited availability, what are the limitations? The Soundside is not available on Saturdays from April - September. This is due to the limited number of dates during the peak months.
What is a Newlywed Session? This is a complimentary portrait session, that can be used anytime in your first year as a married couple.
Do I need a Bridal Portrait/ Engagement session? Both of these sessions are a good idea for several reasons. It allows the couple and the photographer to have a chance to work together before the wedding day, and it offers a much more stress free environment that your wedding day. Bridal portraits are often displayed at the reception, and engagement portraits can be used for newspaper announcements etc.
Can I give you a list of shot that I would like? Of course, we're here to capture the memories of special your day. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests. Keep in mind that a larger number of posed shots will take up more of your scheduled time.
What if I need more time on my wedding day? We can stay as long as you need, we only schedule one wedding per day. We make a very effort to get everything you need into your package time. Additional time is billed by the hour or part of the hour @ $300/hr. Due at that time.
Can I get Black & White and Color shots? Yes, your proof set will contain a mix of Black & White and Color shots.
Can I get a CD/DVD of my wedding images? Yes, the wedding CD with all edited images is $499. We also offer Wedding DVDs with a slide show of all of your images set to music.
Can we purchase Parent albums or upgrade the size of our album? Yes, we can show you all of the options during your wedding consultation. We offer a variety of sizes, designs, cover options.
Do we choose the images in our album? YES you will choose your favorite shots. We center your album design around those pictures. We custom design every album, so we try to tailor the design to the couples personality.
Do I get to keep my proof album? Yes, the proof album is yours to keep, it will include 4x6 size photos of all of your edited images.
When I order enlargements, how long will it take to receive them? Most orders ship to you within a week. Some items, large canvas prints for example may take a little longer.
What is a proof/proof set? Your proof set will contain, the best of your session. We edit for the best shots, touch up distracting elements etc., color correct and print the proofs in 4x6 size. Your proofs will include an image number and a copyright watermark on the front.
How long does it take to get the proofs back? This varies with the time of year, and amount of business during our peak summer season it could take several weeks. The reason for this is that I personally edit and correct all images that I photograph.
Can I copy the proofs? No, all images are copyright protected, and owned by the studio.
